Hi Phyllis, I did my Easy Steps video. It is walking in place, front kicks, and hamstring curls. It has some easy arm exercises that I did without the resistance band. I'm trying to start slow. Lynette

Hi Phyllis Tonight for me was going to be a logistical nightmare. My son had his first track meet and his first baseball game of the season!!! Well, both of them were cancelled due to rain. Is it bad that I was happy? All that stuff threatened to interfere with my gym night!!! 45 minutes elliptical 20 minutes weight circuit Then I came home and cleaned up the front yard of dog droppings , cooked dinner, did laundry, shaved my boyfriends head and now I am counseling a friend on the phone about her love life. Do we EVER stop? I hope everyone had a wonderful and more relaxing day! Donna
