Understanding Obesity
Hi All,
Since I am struggling Big Time with getting back on track. I've come to believe I am one of those people, that is it better to just not have it. Having one seems to open the flood gates for me.
And I must admit, I feel awful. It feels like I'm back to 306 pounds. I am slowly getting back on track. I've started exercising again, and have almost gotten control of my eating.

You are NOT back to 306 pounds. You've had a minor setback. Take a deep breath and begin again to crave those foods that helped you lose 100 pounds. I was thinking today that I didn't want the peanut butter eggs, but I was sure looking forward to my sugar free pudding tonight. Sick and sad, isn't it???
Stick to it, and stay here for this support. One day at a time!
