New Profile Pictures
I had my son take some pictures of me a few days ago. I have run from the camera for so long that I only have a few pics of myself from before. I actually found a before pic that I am going to scan, and perhaps find the guts to put up there.
The pics are a little big, I am horrible at downsizing, but not big enough to screw up your screen. I am amazed at the difference between December and now. The weight has only changed perhaps 20 pounds or so, but there is a definite difference in the shape of my body.
This goes to prove that building muscle is truly a good thing, and will make you look even leaner than you truly are.

Hi there Phyllis,
You are making me blush!!! Yes I know I looked bigger than 350. To be completely honest I don't remember much beyond the 352 at Weigh****chers. Most of the other scales I couldn't get weighed on because they only go to 350. Of course I never owned a scale either!! I seem to vaguely remember something about 375, but heck I couldn't truly tell you. I just know that my most recent weight that I started at was 352.
Thank you for saying I look smaller than 232. I hate those numbers for that very reason. But heck, I'll take those numbers over 350+ any day!!!
Thanks again.

Hi Ann
Thank you for the compliments. You know it's funny when you say I look younger. I have a story that never fails to bring tears to my eyes. My little sister got married in 2004 and I went to NC for the wedding. My older sister was her matron of honor and we all went to get pedicures and manicures. Here they were, beautiful and thin, and here I was looking like the matronly sister. There was nothing I could do at 350 pounds to look anything but 350 pounds. Yes I took care of myself but I just couldn't look as good as they did at 140'ish pounds. I remember then thinking how old and frumpy I felt.
I know we all have stories that remind us of days past, but that one is always on my mind. I'm going back to NC in July to visit again, my family hasn't seen me since Thanksgiving. I'm thinking I might get a pedicure!!!
Thanks again, Ann.
