Yesterday I binged after hearing how a nurse who had wls had lost 103 pounds in five months. I realized that I was terribly obsessed with losing weight, and that I needed to turn that over to God, and ask Him to lift my obsession every day. I just need to keep being abstinent one day at a time, and stop thinking about losing weight. Let Him lead me to what I need to do to get thinner. I also feel that maybe I ought to weigh myself only every other month, instead of every month. I heard a lead from an OA person who didn't weigh herself at all, and was slowly becoming thinner. She said the scale made her "crazy". I feel this is true for me, too.
Wednesday April 5
Breakfast
1 cup Spoon Size Shredded Wheat

1/2 grapefruit
1/2 cup egg substitute

2 cups water
6 Whole Grain Melba Rounds*
2 Holland Rusk Rounds*
1 small Slimfast bar*
1 Muffin bar*
Lunch
Salisbury steak
Mixed vegetables
Scalloped potatoes
Mandarin orange slices
4 graham crackers
2 Hunt's sugar free Gel Packs
2 cups water
6 slices fat free cheese*
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 cup grapes
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Thursday April 6

1/2 cup egg substitute
1 slice fat free cheese
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
2 slices Italian bread+
Leftover french toast with syrup+
Lunch
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
1 apple
4 graham crackers
1 cup heated green beans
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Hunt's sugar free Gel Packs
2 cups water
Dinner
Nothing-To-It Chili
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1 small Slimfast bar or Muffin bar
