8 oz. Breyers Probiotic yogurt with fruit

Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, and red pepper
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsps. low fat salad dressing
4 oz. browned, lemon pepper-seasoned tofu
4 graham crackers
2 Hunt's sugar free Gel Packs
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 cup grapes
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Lite peach ice tea
Last Friday my husband and I walked six laps around the track at Gunning Park Recreation Center. Monday I went to my OA meeting, where a very large man gave a lead. I noticed he talked only about personal growth, and did not mention his food addiction at all. He's been in OA since 1995 and is still large. I wonder about this, since he is a sponsor.
