1 cup heated green beans
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 cups water
Dinner
4 oz. tilapia filets
1 cup brown rice
2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 Slimfast or Muffin Bar
