Sunday April 2 Menu
Yesterday morning I weighed myself and I was 289.5. I went up a pound during March. I know why - I ate out too many times, and I binged once, and I ate too much junk food. I'll try to do better in April 2006.
Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes
1/4 cup honey
sugar free syrup
margarine
1/2 can corn beef hash
2 poached eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 cup orange juice
Hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (ate out with his parents)
Bean soup with crackers
Bacon cheeseburger with monterey jack cheese
French fries
Milk
Coffee
Water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with white sauce, margarine, & skim milk
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1 can light fruit ****tail, drained
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Evening Snack
1 or 2 plain cake donuts
2 cups water

1 & 1/2 sm. bananas

2C Chicken vegetable soup
3/4C Artichoke hearts
Snack
1 wedge lite laughing cow soft swiss, 4 Melba rounds
Dinner (Ate out at Elmer's w/DH)
5oz Chicken breast w/ham & cheddar
Zucchini
1/2 Dinner roll w/tiny bit of butter
