2 Hunt's sugar free Gel packs
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & skim milk
1 can New England clam chowder or other chunky soup
1 can light fruit ****tail in pear juice (drained)
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Evening Snack
Candy for watching DVDs
2 cups water
