Friday March 31 Menu
Why are soldiers rather tired on the first of April? Because they've just had a March of 31 days!
Breakfast
1 cup Wheat Chex
1 cup skim milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers Probiotic yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
1 Ritz cracker
Lunch
Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, red pepper, and baby carrots
2 Tbsps. low fat dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz. homemade tuna salad
4 cinnamon graham crackers
2 Hunt's sugar free Gel pack cups
1 plum
2 cups water
Dinner
4 oz. Steak, browned on griddle
1 baked sweet potato
2 tsps. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup grapes
Diet pop
Evening Snack
1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich
