Breakfast
1 cup Cream of Wheat
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
1/2 cup egg substitute (cooked with cheese, see below)
1 slice fat free cheese
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers' Probiotic yogurt with cherries
2 cups water
Lunch
Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, red pepper, & baby carrots
2 Tbsps. low fat dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. browned, seasoned tofu
1 apple
2 Hunt's sugar free Gel Snack cups
4 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Easy Jambalaya (made in crockpot with meat, veggies, and potatoes)
1 can light fruit ****tail (drained)
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Yesterday I went to an OA meeting at The Church In The Woods, in Parma. I had missed my usual Monday meeting in N. Royalton, because I had to sing a choir concert in Akron.
