Today's exercise challenge - Wednesday

Hi folks, Today for me the typical workout. I feel like I am so boring, but to me regular expectations keep me on track. 45 minutes elliptical 20 minutes weight circuit 10 minutes situps on the balance ball I hope everyone had a beautiful day. Donna

Great workouts, Donna and Phyllis! Today was the first time in a month that I was able to do at least an hour of exercise and it felt awesome! I really missed my grueling workouts while I was sick with bronchitis. 10 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes arm pedaler, 40 minutes step and abs. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)
