Breakfast
1 cup Oatmeal Squares
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 grapefruit
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers Probiotic yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
1 slice Italian bread
Lunch
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
1 cup heated green beans
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 plum
2 Hunts sugar free Gel pack cups
4 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
4 oz. tilapia filet
1 cup brown rice
2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
I've noticed something lately. Often, I was feeling hungry in between my AM Snack and Lunch. That is one of times I would cheat and eat something that wasn't on my food plan. As I've been working the OA steps, this "hunger" has recently left me. Perhaps it's my Higher Power at work, who knows?
