Tuesday March 28 Menu
Yesterday after the concert I sang in, I helped myself to a few refreshments. I did not eat everything on the plate, nor did I go back for seconds, except on the punch.
Breakfast
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
2 eggs, scrambled
1 slice fat free cheese
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers Probiotic yogurt with cherries
2 cups water
Lunch
4 oz. browned tofu with seasonings
Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, red pepper, and baby carrots
2 Tbsps. low fat salad dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free mozzarella shredded cheese
4 cinnamon graham crackers
1 plum
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with Mid's spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can light fruit ****tail (drained)
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
