Side salad with ranch dressing
Peas & carrots
Mashed potatoes with tomato sauce
Stuffed pepper with tomato sauce
Stuffed cabbage with tomato sauce
Large slice of blueberry pie

Evening Snack
Candy with DVDs

1/4 cup honey
Sugar free syrup
Glass of orange juice
1 cup skim milk
Hazelnut coffee

Cheesesteak sub
Small bag chips
2 sugar free Gel cups (Hunts)
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin on
1 cup mashed potatoes with skim milk & margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1 can light fruit ****tail (drained)
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Evening snack
1-1/2 blueberry muffins
I am going to a choir dress rehearsal for a concert I am singing in on Monday evening. I will not eat any of their refreshments there, since I binged on them in my car going home last week. Those are off-limits for me!
