Saturday March 25 Breakfast 1 whole grain English muffin with margarine 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 banana Hazelnut coffee 2 cups water Lunch 6-inch ham & cheese sub Small bag of chips 2 sugar free Jello cups 2 cups water Dinner (ate out at Rubin's Restaurant & Deli) Cup of beef barley soup (too salty) 3 half rolls with butter Cup of decaf coffee Large glass of milk Side salad with ranch dressing Peas & carrots Mashed potatoes with tomato sauce Stuffed pepper with tomato sauce Stuffed cabbage with tomato sauce Large slice of blueberry pie Water Evening Snack Candy with DVDs 2 cups water Sunday March 26 Breakfast 3 pieces french toast with margarine 1/4 cup honey Sugar free syrup Glass of orange juice 1 cup skim milk Hazelnut coffee 2 cups water Lunch Cheesesteak sub Small bag chips 2 sugar free Gel cups (Hunts) 2 cups water Dinner Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin on 1 cup mashed potatoes with skim milk & margarine 1 can New England clam chowder 1 can light fruit ****tail (drained) 1-1/2 cups skim milk Evening snack 1-1/2 blueberry muffins I am going to a choir dress rehearsal for a concert I am singing in on Monday evening. I will not eat any of their refreshments there, since I binged on them in my car going home last week. Those are off-limits for me! Denise Phares
