Hi Donna, Fridays are one of my favorite days. Morning: 45 minutes Pilates 20 minutes stability ball Evening: 45 minutes elliptical 15 minutes cross country 30 minutes weight machines My workout days are getting short. After my PS, I won't be able to workout for several weeks. Lynette
