It got up into the forties today!
Breakfast
1 cup Rice Squares
1 cup skim milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers' Probiotic yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Subway tuna salad w/veggies, tuna salad, and ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 pear
4 low fat cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Small steak
Moderate baked white potato with 2 tsps. margarine
1 cup grapes
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich
My client had a big fight with her nephew while I was over there, over his constantly asking her for money. I felt bad leaving her there with him.
