Tuesday March 21 Menu
I went to my OA meeting last night, and heard a very good lead. She was a lady in her sixties, and she obviously had alot of growth. She was also a sponsor.
Breakfast
1 cup Oat Squares
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cheesy egg substitute (with fat free cheese)
1 banana
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's Probiotic low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, red pepper, & baby carrots
2 Tbsps. fat free ranch dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. browned tofu with seasonings
1 apple
2 sugar free Jello cups
4 low fat cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Moroccan-Spiced chicken thighs
1 cup brown rice
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
After listening to that lead, I realize that I can no longer bring home "goodies" from choir rehearsal. In fact, I need to stay away from eating there period! I don't need that extra food!
