For some reason I felt more hungry today. I did not do as well as I could. Well, tomorrow's another day.
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel
2 Tbsps. peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup skim milk
Coffee
2 cups water
PM Snack
1 large Slimfast bar
1 Slimfast cookie bar
Lunch
6-inch roast beef & cheese Subway sandwich
2 small bags of chips*
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Eat out at George's Kitchen to celebrate my new hair color!
Evening Snack
Candy to watch DVDs with
2 cups water
*My husband wasn't hungry for his bag of chips, so like a pig, I ate them! I went to the beauty parlor today and got rid of my gray and got my hair colored to honey brown! I look so much younger, I just have to celebrate!
