Morning folks, I was up and out of here at 7:30. 60 minutes Group Power 30 minutes elliptical Drank 25 ounces of water during the workout, came home and drank 25 more with my vitamins. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Donna

Hey Phyllis I really have to get into that sauna. I don't head to that part of the gym at all. I could use some relaxation at the end of some of my workouts. Good going!!! Have a beautiful day. Donna

Hi Donna......... Please do try the Sauna........ That is how I finished my workout session............. It's your reward to yourself after all your hardwork........ (cardio, weights. sauna) It's relaxing, great for your skin/pors and it can help melt some inches off Phyllis
