Thursday exercise
Hi Everybody,
I went for my final meeting with the doctor before the PS. I am actually having 5 surgeries at one time. One of the things the doctor said to me is that a lot of patients he sees who have lost a lot of weight still carry some in their thighs, but that I didn't have that. I told him that the Pilates and workout I do really helped me loose in the legs. He said it was working. Denise Austin has been telling me everyday that she is going to "lengthen and stregthen" my legs.
Morning: 45 minutes Pilates
20 minutes Stability Ball
Didn't get to do my evening workout. Got home around 8:00 pm and very tired from going to hospital and doctor getting ready for this surgery.

Lynette, what are you having done? I am thrilled with my tummy tuck but it surprises me how long my insides are taking to heal. I'm scheduled for my arms and boobs the end of September. Can't seem to be able to decide yet on implants or not. Good luck to you! It is one of the most rewarding parts of the journey for me so far. Mary
