Wednesday March 15 Menu

Breakfast
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup skim milk
1/2 grapefruit
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyer's yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
1 slice Italian bread
1 Slimfast Cookie Bar
Lunch
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
4 graham crackers
1 large plum
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 cup green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine melted on them
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with 1/4 cup white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can light fruit ****tail (drained)
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
I started working on my Fourth Step for OA yesterday. I will try to work on it every day. It's so much easier using Microsoft Word 2002 than just writing. I have a tendency to get writer's cramp after awhile.
