Snow Tuesday March 14 Menu
I told my sponsor last night at the OA meeting that I was going to begin to write my fourth step. I will try to follow the format in my OA book for that. I will do it differently this time from 20 years ago - I will type it using Microsoft Word instead of writing it. I tend to get writer's cramp after awhile, and this way I won't get it.
Breakfast
1 cup Wheat Chex
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
1/2 cup cheesy egg substitute (fat free cheese)
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. Breyers' Probiotic yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
1 slice Italian bread
Lunch
Salad with romaine lettuce, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and red pepper
2 Tbsps. low fat french dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. tofu browned in butter-flavored Pam with seasonings added (Perhaps I'll use lemon pepper seasoning. It was really delicious on my fish last night.)
4 graham crackers
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 cup grapes
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
