Exercise Challenge-Monday
15 minutes on the treadmill and 1/2 hour with trainer.
I have a new trainer today. I'm not sure what I think about her yet. My husband says I need to give her a fair chance. I don't know. She is a tiny little person and I am a very large person. I just don't know how comfortable I fee with her. Karen

45 minutes elliptical
20 minutes weight circuit
10 minutes on the stepper machine. I had no idea how to work this and kept on going all the way to the ground. I realized you had to go EXTRA fast to keep the steps from falling. Wow, what a workout!

I went back to the gym for the first time since contracting bronchitis 10 days ago. I only did eight minutes ellpitical and 40 minutes step and abs, half what I usually do. But this is the point after illness when I always get in trouble -- I start to feel better, resume my normal exercise routine too soon, and end up in the emergency room.
So I'm trying to remember to take it easy.
