I feel good!
I walked a mile tonight! My best friend went with me to the track and we both walked a mile! That is the first time I've been able to walk that far in a long time................I did have to take a break between a couple of the laps...........but I WALKED A MILE!
So, my goal for the next two weeks is: walk a mile every night and lose 5 pounds! Today, my weight was 342.2............I really want to break that 4! I want to be three-thirty-something in two weeks!
Stay with me girls, I'm motivated again!
