Dinner (we ate out at a church function)
1 chicken leg

Sweet potato casserole
Vegetable medley
Small bottle of water
Dessert
several large brownies
Two tiny cheese cake cups
One glass Diet Sprite
Several large cookies to take home

Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes with margarine
1/4 cup honey
Sugar free syrup
1/2 can corn beef hash
2 poached eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 cup grape juice
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
6-inch Subway cheese-steak sandwich
Small bag chips
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & skim milk
1 cup skim milk
1 can fruit ****tail in pear juice, drained
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Dessert
1 cake donut
