Thursday March 9 Breakfast 1 banana 1/2 cup scrambled cheesy egg substitute 1 cup skim milk 1 cup grits with butter bits Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 8 oz. Breyers Probiotic yogurt with fruit 2 cups water 6 Melba Rounds 2 Holland Rusk Toasts Lunch Crab sandwich 1% milk Cole slaw 1 banana Dinner 3 pieces fried chicken 3 Jo-Jo fries 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 large Slimfast Bar 1-1/2 cups skim milk Friday March 10 Breakfast 1 cup corn flakes 1 cup skim milk 1 orange 1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 8 oz. Breyers yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Lunch Tuna salad with veggies, fat free shrd. cheese, and fat free drsg. 2 sugar free Jello cups 4 graham crackers 1 peach 2 cups water Dinner Steak fried on griddle in Pam 1 cup Nothing-To-It Chili 1 baked potato with margarine 1 cup grapes Diet root beer Evening Snack 1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich I messed up yesterday by oversleeping in the afternoon.
