4 graham crackers
1 peach

Steak fried on griddle in Pam

1 baked potato with margarine
1 cup grapes
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich
I messed up yesterday by oversleeping in the afternoon. I was supposed to prepare the chili yesterday. Oh well.
