What a relief...I did my Wednesday Dr's appt. weigh-in and fully anticipated a gain. Lucky me.....I stayed the same, but also lost fat mass and increased muscle mass. (I love that scale...it gives you the whole nine yards) Anyway, after a few not terrific days, I've been on track for the last few and increased my work out time to two hours a day. It got a little warm in New Jersey today and I tried on some warm weather clothes that didn't fit me when I went on vacation last summer.....Amazingly, THEY'RE TOO BIG
I still have a few more mountains and a couple more hills to go (literally and figuratively) but the journey isn't nearly as awful as other "diets" I've been on. All the exercising allows me to eat enough to not be starving all the time and that makes such a huge difference.
