Wednesday Exercise

For me - 1 minute on the elliptical machine. I'm going to start working on this a little at a time. Who knew it was so hard? 15 minutes on the treadmill. 25 minute workout with trainer. Karen

Hi Karen, Yes, the elliptical is a demon machine. I am up to 45 minutes now, but when I first started I'd thought I'd die after 5!!! 45 minutes elliptical 20 minutes weight training 20 minutes walking all over the newly re-designed grocery store looking for stuff that I've been buying there for YEARS that they suddenly decided to relocate!!!
