20 minutes stability ball
Donna, I just can't get my legs around that ball to do the reverse crunches. I think my legs are just too short. I just do that part without the ball.
Evening: 45 minutes elliptical
30 minutes weight machines
Phyllis, you are keeping us all accountable for our daily exercise. Keep it up.
