Lynette, First, I've got to tell you....you look 20 years younger in your after photo. You look amazing. Yov've just given me the boost I needed. I've been doing rather well, but a few old habits were starting to nag at me. (The how much can I get away with and still lose (or not gain)habits.)Sometimes The "Inspiration" word seems to the only one that truly works. You are truly an inspiration.
