Exercise ..morning, noon or night?
Hi Wen,
Bob Greene, Oprah personal trainer stresses exercise in the morning because it revs's up the metabolism.
The other benefit to a morning workout is it seems to keep me on track thru the day with my eating plan.
HOWEVER, I can only exercise in the morning on the weekends. The rest of the week it is after work.
I'm down 90 or so, so I think it really doesn't matter as long as you just do it

Wendy, I agree with the other posters. While one periodically hears claims that exercising at a certain time of day is more beneficial than others, I am not away of any legitimate scientific studies confirming such claims.
What matters is that we exercise regularly.
