My husband & I went to the auto show at the IX Center on Saturday. Since my left knee was bothering me, I didn't get down to the basement to post, so I'm posting now, on Sunday.
Sat. March 4
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel with two Tbsps. peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup skim milk
Hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 can vegetable soup
1 chicken salad with veggies, non fat dressing, and fat free shr. cheese
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
2 Arby's regular roast beef sandwiches with Arby & Horsey sauces
1 small curly fry
1 small jamocha milkshake
Cherry turnover
Evening Snack
1 box nonpareils
2 cups water
Sun March 5
Breakfast
3 pieces whole wheat french toast with margarine
1/4 cup honey
Sugar free syrup
1 cup grape juice
1 cup skim milk
Hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 6-inch ham & cheese Subway sandwich
Small bag Ruffles chips
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing, with skin on
1 cup mashed potatoes with skim milk & margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1 can light fruit ****tail, drained
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Evening Snack
1 large chocolate muffin
2 cups water

B - 2 slices bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice WW toast (dry), a couple pieces of melon. (Out with a friend at Elmer's)
L - 1oz SD bread, 4oz turkey, 1 1/2oz LF Swiss, Apple
D - Salad w/lettuce, 2oz roast beef, 1/3C grated cheese, grape tomatoes, salsa & FF sour cream
S - Sliced strawberries w/table cream
Sunday
B - 1 serving Irish oatmeal w/2tbsp. 2% milk, 3/4 orange
L - 4oz turkey, 1 1/2oz LF Swiss, 1 1/2oz SD bread, grape tomatoes
S - Banana
D - Vegetarian stir-fry w/2 sm. zucchini, 3 tiny baby artichokes, 1/4C tiny green beans, & portabella mushroom, 3oz SD bread
