Friday March 3 Menu
I ate a piece of Italian bread while I was preparing my client's lunch, simply because it had a hole in it! Do I rationalize, or what?!
Breakfast
1 cup Total cereal
1 cup skim milk
1 orange
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
1 Slimfast cookie bar
2 cups water
1 slice Italian bread
1 large Slimfast bar
Lunch
Tuna salad with veggies, and fat free honey mustard dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 peach
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
4 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Pork chop, fried in Pam on griddle, then cooked in microwave
1 large baked sweet potato with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1 can light fruit ****tail, drained
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich (Slim-A-Bear)
Monday I will be starting a new food plan - one from OA. You will see the changes I will be making on my posted menus.

B - 3/4C Special K, 6oz FF Yogurt, Sm. Banana
L - 3oz Turkey breast, 1 slice LF Swiss cheese, 13 tiny grape tomatoes
S - 1/2 slice WW bread
D - 6 1/2oz Beef roast
Will probably have an apple or some Jell-O later tonight.

Breakfast: LA smoothie with peaches, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, 3 lowfat Triscuits, 3/4 oz. mixed nuts, peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Snack: chocolate crunch LA Lite Bar
Lunch: orange, apple, LA chocolate protein meal replacement, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Supper: tilapia, salad(lettuce, broccoli sprouts, broccoli, tomato, fat free dressing), 3 lowfat Triscuits
