Great workouts, ladies! I finished clearing my backyard. Later this month, I will borrow my neighbor's tiller (and his strong son) and turn up the dirt, then sow grass seed, plant hosta and a few wildflowers. I am saving hundreds of dollars by doing this myself, rather than hiring someone. Weight loss saves money! So, today's workout: 90 minutes moderate yard work. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)

Hi Kasey, Welcome back and I hope you enjoyed your vacation!!! I love doing yardwork. When I am feeling especially sluggish I drag everyone outside and assign jobs. It's not unusual for me to come home from work and walk around the yard clearing tree branches that have fallen from the trees during the recent heavy winds we've had. I finally planted a beautiful garden last year, to enhance the front yard and give nice curbside appeal. Just experimenting now with plants, and seeing what will come back up in the spring.
