I'm back online after taking a week's vacation from work and home computing. Gotta give my repetitively injured (and surgically repaired) wrists a rest sometimes. I didn't go anywhere special on my week off, just to the gym, shopping for shoes and plants, and worked in my yard. Today's workout: 40 minutes step and abs; 20 minutes each elliptical, stationary bike, arm pedaler. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)
