Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes
1/4 cup honey
Margarine
1 cup grape juice
2 scrambled eggs
1 cup 1% milk
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
6-inch roast beef with cheese Subway sandwich
Small bag of potato chips
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & 1% milk
1 can drained, fruit ****tail in pear juice
1 can New England clam chowder
1 cup 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 small loaves of cornbread with margarine melted on them
I had a restful Sunday. My husband felt too sick to go to church, so we rested, and did the laundry.

Hi Denise....
First off, I want to say that I'm SO glad to see you consistantly tracking/posting your meal plan. It's so very important to keep track of this, so that we become aware of what we're putting into our system -- the first step, and the most important one because being conscious of what we put in our mouths will stay with us for good.
With that said... here's what I had today...
B- Green Tea, Multi Grain toast, marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese
S- Celery
L- Lunchmeat salad -- Slices of turkey, salami, and cheese on top of a bed of lettuce with sliced tomato chopped and mixed with a little lettuce.
S- Carrots, Irish Tea
D- Grilled chicken breast with Laughing Cow Swiss cheese spread, celery.

Breakfast: LA smoothie with mango, 3/4 oz. mixed nuts, 1 oz. low fat cheese stick, 3 lowfat Triscuits, lemon LA Lite Bar
Snack: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Lunch: orange, LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, LA cheese curls, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Supper: steak, salad, fat free salad dressing, strawberries, 2 T. Walden Farm's chocolate dip
My daughter told me about this fruit dip she found at Bi-Lo, Walden Farm's chocolate dip. It has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 carbs. It has a small amount of sodium. It tasted great with strawberries.

Good Evening,
I had a great day. Took a mini road trip with DH up to Mt Saint Helens and surrounding lakes and rivers. Had a blast but ate a little differently than usual.
B - (At I-HOP before we hit the road) 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2C fresh melon, 1 slice WW toast (dry)
L - Nothing
D - About 1/3 of a large Taco salad with chicken, tomatoes, cheese, olives, salsa and a tiny bit of sour cream
S - SF hot cocoa w/ a shot of Peppermint Schnapps (yummy)
