Saturday Feb. 25 Menu - Busy!
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel
2 Tbsps. peanut butter (on bagel)
1 cup 1% milk
1-1/2 bananas
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 can vegetable soup
Chicken salad with veggies, nonfat dressing, and fat free cheese
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
4 slices double cheese, pepperoni, & sausage pizza
Diet root beer
1 Hershey bar with almonds
1/2 Baby Ruth Bar
Today I got my hair cut and permed, took out a couple loans to pay the bills, shopped, and got a DVD to watch from Blockbuster.
My feet hurt too badly from the shopping (3 stores) to stand and cook dinner.
