That's great! In my 1st month of working at this I mostly worked on getting exercise to be a regular event and worked less on the eating. On the eating, I tried to become more aware of what I ate and when. But it seemed to me, with the "small changes over time" concept, that if I could get the exercise as a routine down 1st and then work on the food I would have a better chance of success. I'm doing okay - since mid-December I've lost almost 20 pounds. Not a huge amount, but on the other hand, better than gaining 20 pounds or staying where I was. And, since mid-December I have started exercising almost every day - which is a huge accomplishment for me. Karen
