Rotisserie chicken with skin (thigh+leg, wing)
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & skim milk
1 cup grapes
1 can New England clam chowder
1 cup skim milk
Evening Snack
1 sugar free blueberry muffin with margarine melted on it
