Denise Phares
Hi Denise (and all who stop by here),
I have been gone most of the weekend. Looks like I missed a couple birthdays and a new poster. Belated Happy Birthday & Welcome to the appropriate parties. I has several "celebrations" this weekend and a lot of food & goodies were about. I did OK. Did not stick precisely to my plan and ate more calories than I like to but am feeling OK about how I did overall.
Hope you all had a great weekend. I am looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow.
Blessings,
Maren
