Susan Mac Welcome to the board! I have committed myself to the Weigh****chers 'at home plan.' I have an Aunt and Cousin who are also on WW, so we share a lot of information among us, plus we rah-rah eachother along too. With this plan, I only count the points. I try not to get too caught up in calorie counting, because if I go over a set point, then I feel like I blew it for the day even if it was only by 50 calories Things I stock up on: fresh fruit and veggies High fiber - whole grain bread (80 calories per slice) lean meat and fish Wal-marts version of Crystal light (Great Value brand & its sugar free) Fat Free Yogurt (no more than 100 calories per cup) Bran flakes cereal (high in fiber) Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (yes, I indulge a little with NO guilt). Wishing you much success! Have a great day.

Im with you on the Walmart version of crystal light! Ive had one already today, love the peach ice tea! Im familliar with the WW plan, and sure I have a few of the points calculators laying around. I just seem like I have trouble eating enough points. I did join late last summer and it seems like I was suposed to eat something like 20-30 points??? But had trouble getting there. Ive decided to try the counting calorie way for now. Though already today Ive done good to get maybe around 250 for breakfast and lunch. I tried the Go Lean oatmeal and HATED it! The dog ate most of it and that was 150 calories per serving. Then for lunch had a piece of string cheese and lunch meat rolled up. So already thinking about dinner. Have done good with water so far, have drank 60 oz and its not quite 1:00pm yet, so thats a good point. Still have to get motivated to do some exercsie tonight though and I have a headache that is getting worse by the minute.
