I don't know about all of you folk out there, but it's been a horrible week here. Between the weather, and everyone being sick... ugh. I spend most of my week sick and in bed or on the couch with whatever bug is floating around -- and I got hit HARD. My apptetitie went away, I was really only taking in flu medications and soups with too much carbs/sodium....yuck
RESULTING in a total gain of two pounds for the week. UGH.
Soooooo here we go...

+2 lbs from last week
This week's goal is to kick this flu and get rid of those 2lbs.

I'm so sorry that you haven't been feeling well. I probably shouldn't say it, as it will jinx me, but our family hasn't been hit by the flu bug!!!! I hope we aren't, I truly do.
As you know for me I hit the Club this week, and I'm pretty happy about it.
Current: 241
Starting weight: 352
As of 1/1/06: 254-257, can't truly remember.
Goal: 200

No change... still dancing all around 250#. I'm up 4 pounds, down 4 pounds, but even out at 250#!! Auuuggh!! I just want to get in the 240's and stay there...but I just can't seem to get it together with my food. 1500 calories a day is doable, but I'm just not doin' it! Phooey!
Will this be the week I dip below 250 for the last time?

Hope you're feeling better.
I never got around to posting on Saturday....probably because it was no big deal, but on my Wednesday Weigh-in, I was two tenths of a pound down. I know it's laughable, but I'm looking on the positive side. I am easily capable of gaining 10 pounds in a week, so losing anything is a success. Hope you all have a good week.
