Todays Exercise Challenge - Saturday
Hi folks,
Today I did my Group Power class. Every muscle feels like a wet noodle now!!!! Yikes!!! But wow, what a workout.
60 minutes Group Power - lifting weights to music, amazing music with a fantastic beat.
I use the 8 pound bar, and a total of 6 pounds on either side. So 14 pounds, which doesn't seem like a lot, but when you lift it in repetitions of 8 in various contortions, wow, that's all I can say!!!

Oh, I will brag in two places once CJ puts up her post. I hit my 100 pounds mark. I have lost 101 pounds since July 7, 2005!!!!! Yay me.
