3 slices bologna (sneaked)
Lunch
Tuna salad with veggies, fat free honey must. drsg., fat free shrd. cheese
2 sugar free Jello cups
4 graham crackers
1 medium apple
8 oz. low fat yogurt with peaches in it
2 cups water
Dinner
Paprika Chicken Thighs
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can fruit ****tail (in pear juice - drained)
1 can beef vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Breakfast: LA smoothie with pineapple, hard boiled egg, 1 oz lowfat cheese, 3 lowfat Triscuits, lemon LA Lite Bar
Snack: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Lunch: orange, apple, LA popcorn, LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Dinner: chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, 1. T. lowfat margarine
