Today I learned how to color one of my client's hair. Never did that before!
Breakfast
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup skim milk
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
1 Slimfast Muffin Bar
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
4 graham crackers
1 peach
2 sugar free Jellos
2 cups water
Dinner (at the Lucky Buffet in Puritas Plaza)
Shrimp with lobster sauce
Pork fried rice
Wonton soup
Egg roll
Chinese tea
Fortune cookie (at end)
Evening Snack
1 sugar free blueberry muffin with margarine
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
2 cups water
We are going to the Lucky Buffet as a belated celebration of Valentine's Day. We had no time to go yesterday, with my busy schedule in the evening.

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, LA smoothie with peaches, 1 oz. lowfat cheese, 3 lowfat Triscuits, peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Snack: chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar
Lunch: LA cheese curls, orange, strawberries, LA chocolate protein meal replacement, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Dinner: grilled salmon(delicious), salad- lettuce, tomato, cauliflower, cucumber, fat free dressing
