Today's Exercise Challenge--Tues
Hi Everybody,
Morning: 15 mins. stability ball
45 mins. Pilates
Evening: 45 minutes elliptical
30 minutes weight machines
Donna, I was at Sam's and saw a stability ball and video for sale. I remembered you posting how much you loved it. I tried it this morning. I think it will be a good workout, but I didn't have much stability. I kept feeling like I was going to roll off. Hopefully, I will get better.

Hey there Lynette,
I had to laugh when you said you felt like you were going to keep falling off. I think that is the idea of the workout, see how long you can stay on!!!! Takes some muscles we didn't know we had.
You will get better, I promise. The ball at the gym is better, less slick than mine, and of course their facilities don't have hard wood floors like my house, lending to a sliding ball.
They say the ball really works your core, which is always good for posture and the like. I really enjoy it.
