St. Valentine's Day Menu
Last night I went to an OA meeting, and it was really good for me. We did a Step Two study, and I benefitted from the readings as well as the comments. I looked at their food plans, and they are almost identical to what I've been using in Weigh****chers, so no changes there will be necessary. What needs to change is me dealing with the issues behind my bingeing and overeating. I can do that through Steps Four and Five. I'll try to get a sponsor by next week.
