1 Belgian buckwheat waffle
1/4 cup honey
Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup
Margarine
1 cup skim milk
1 cup grape juice
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Subway 6-inch ham & cheese sandwich
Small bag corn chips (Sunway - they're healthier!)
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken with skin (one leg, one wing)
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can New England clam chowder
1 cup skim milk
Evening Snack
1 blueberry muffin with 2 tsps. margarine
I am still sick with a cold - now I'm coughing up phlegm, as well as blowing my nose! I didn't go to church today, because I didn't feel well enough. We shopped at Giant Eagle, and my husband finally got a hair cut! He has naturally curly hair, and it looked like a wild mop on his head.
