Hi Kandy...
Can you give an example of your daily routine? For example... what time you wake up, what and when you eat, when/what kind of excersize, what you have to drink all day, and when you go to sleep at night. I'll see if I can't help adjust your plan so to get you back on track!

I ashamed to say that this week started out strong, but ended on a bad note. I seem to always blow it on the weekends. So we are looking at 216 from 214.
Oh well, I did exercise everyday, just ate too much But I could have eaten a lot more!!
Next Saturday I WILL succeed!!

All I drink is water....ever!
I know what to do....I am just not doing it! I get up each morning with good intentions.....I just have not been sticking to it!
I never have a chance to get to the gym anymore! So, I have stopped exercising altogether!
I eat...some days constantly...(lately because of my bi-polar!)....depression makes me eat......plus, it's almost time for me to "start" and I could eat the freakin dry-wall and sidewalk!!!
I even went and bought more SlimFast Optima because, in January, that was really working for me! But, it's my fault! I'm just NOT doing it!
I don't really have a support system outside of this board......and I really need one. No one says "how'd you do today" or "c'mon, I'll work out with ya".......I can 't do a whole lot of exercise because of my physical health but our local pool (which was my exercise for a long time) is closed for repairs and while I know I can go to the gym and walk by myself and ride the exercise bike by myself, I can't play raquetball by myself....and it's hard to go do all that by myself! I really need the personal support!
Anyway, it's my fault! I know it is! I just have to get back on it.....and JUST DO IT!
