Hiya Phyllis, This morning I hit the gym at 8 a.m. with my 13 year old son and we did the Group Power class. It is a weight lifting class done to music. Wow, am I shaky right now. I didn't think that lifting weights to music could be so incredibly aerobic!!! So that is what I did. 60 minutes - Group Power Then I took a most leisurely shower and went to the Middle School to sign my son up for Little League. Now on to the beauty parlor for an eyebrow wax and a walk around the mall looking for those clearance sales!!!! I hope everyone has a most wonderful day! Donna

Congrat's on the 4 pounds loss big sis !!!!!! I love the sauna- it sweat's those inches off I am in 8's and it so good for your skin......... They have them at the YMCA. Love ya !!!!!!!!!

Wow-- our's is $16.05 a month !!!!! I renew 3 months in advance at 48.15 !!!!!!!!! The people at work tell me how lucky I am !!!!! There Y's are open 24 hours and are expensive also...........
